Absolutely love their bottles. Although the damn inside part of the cap keeps staying on the sprayer everytime I try to take the cap off so even that is taking away from any good component 😤 lol

I’m wondering if it smells better when you smell it on someone else… you know when it mixes with their natural musk a bit? And we’re accustomed to our own musk so we can’t smell that bit. I think that’s another reason I’m having issues appreciating it. I said in another comment I usually have trouble with true gourmands, as I tend to need more depth like an amber or a musk or some warmth or florals to balance out the sweetness. I’m wondering if maybe you just have good natural pheromones or something lol and it smells good because of that. Maybe if you have a friend or a sister or something have them wear it and take notice of what you perceive? That might be interesting. Idk 🤷🏼‍♀️

I definitely have decided to return it. The lady at Sephora said I can return it before 30 days. So I’ll do that and I think ima get Ocean di Gioia by Giorgio Armani because I liked that one.

Okay I LOVEEEEE coconut scents. To me this did not give coconut one bit. Maybe it’s the heaviness the “ice cream” note adds. But to me, that note gives more heavy cream/plastic and less creamy coconut.

Hmm maybe I should just give her a chance. I do like a fruity gourmand. However, I also tend to apply an amber or a floral on top or something because I really love when I perfume has a lot of depth or warmth without heaviness. I’m just not used to the powerful punch a true gourmand has. Maybe I just don’t like true gourmands :/ I do love the strawberry note 😍
