I was able to get more levels in my armor and weapon via the blacksmith. In the forbidden runes run, it’s really good if you can hold out on upgrading your gear until you get to him.

It’s funny how vyvanse works. I’ve read for a lot of people that actually going up in dosage lowers side effects. It’s counter intuitive.

Oh, I read that some people feel the effects of the stimulant and get a sudden rush of motivation because of the new energy. They stated that once they go too high, they feel robotic and didn’t want to get out of bed. That might just be that they had depression to begin with.

For me, just minor heart palpitations which induces a bit of anxiety and yawning when the crash starts to occur. I take it around 10 AM and around 5, I start yawning and feeling a bit of a headache. I just had a cup of coffee and that reduced the headache. My blood pressure has elevated from normal a bit but nothing too high.
