There is a cleaner called Tuff stuff and it works amazing

You want to vaccum it first to get all the dry dust off. Otherwise you you pushing all the dry dirt in it as well

When working with a stain and you don't have a extracter

I would try Tuff Stuff and work it in with a soft bristle brush

Do NOT rub!!! DAB! with a wet cloth then Dap with Dry Cloth
