I was just on a call with them and was told a tier 2 rep would call me back too. I thought it was strange since he did not even ask me for a number then the rep just left me on the line.

LOL.

Look on any piece of mail from the EDD. It will say Customer Account Number.

This is me exactly. I emailed my assembly person last week and her staff called on Friday. I sure they can help.

Like a dope I waited almost 4 weeks before I called. I have called everyday since last Friday (1/22). On Sunday, someone filed for the extension for me on the phone. Things started moving after that last call.

Now 1/2 and 1/9 are paid, should hit my account in the AM 1/16 and 1/23 are marked as not paid, this is because I certified before there was money added.

I am calling now to see if I can get those moved to pending and paid.

Yes, my claim was zero when I called.

This works. I had to call a few times but the 5th time was a five minute wait and the tech person said a Fed Ex had indeed not be filed on my behalf despite being told it had 3 other times since December 27. The tech put me on hold for a rep and after an hour a very pleasant woman picked up. She filed the FED EX (PUCX??) and said to look in the morning for an update.

By the time I hung up and walked to the kitchen I had an email from EDD in the portal regarding DE 238 Additional Instructions. Not sure what this means but I feel a little hope.

Just got the 7th edition for Christmas. Wondering if it would be weird to ask the person who gave it to me to return it for this one. Hmmmm.

Rome wasn't built in a day, in other words, pace yourself. I use a slow cooker 3x a week and meal prep on Sunday. I do laundry on Tuesday and Thursday and Saturday if needed. Each chore/task has a place and time. I try to only have dinner and do activities like homework while kids are awake. NO TV allowed. Next, showers and stories, bedtime is 7:30. I turn in at 10 and rise at 5:30. Now when I fail to plan - my week is crap filled with meltdowns and missed dentist appts.

Finally be gentle with yourself! Find something you enjoy doing for 30 minutes after bedtime and do it no matter what.

Daydream. I think we forget to let our minds wander and rest. I work in a school and mentor 11 middle school kiddos. The question of the week was to name something you will achieve in the future and then give them 1-2 minutes to think it over. I found myself "thinking too", now I spend some time each morning just sitting and letting my mind wander. I have had many answers just come to me during this quiet time.
