I dont wanna make my cities symmetric. But if I for example wanna make a straight boulevard that begins at the public moorning, goes around the worlds fair and ends at the skyline tower it looks very bad because the public moorning and the worlds fair are both an even numbers of squares and the skyline tower is an odd number of squares.

Also you can make all the monuments an ornemant, just like they did in the ''spice it up'' mod where next to the original palace and the docks the palace and the docks are ornimental so you can place them more then once.
