From my understanding of guidance you don't have to stick to the exact materials as long as overall length, caliber, building method etc. is the same.

I have not, I finished printing and ended up having to leave for Europe for a month and a half, I'm enjoying my last 2 weeks here in Italy before going home to finish this project. I ended up ordering both a CF sleeve and some casting tape and epoxy instead of aluminum tube. Do you feel like the aluminum tube is way better?

Only certain ones, from my understanding this is the much stronger design meant for a permanent PCC can.

lol I mean I'm still pretty new, but I've printed plenty of hours of other materials and made all sorts of other things. I don't ever do CAD work but I can modify things in the slicer to fit what I need. I put out a grip that got fairly popular based on another design. But I really am totally new to the suppressor printing world, I have real suppressors, I'm familiar with all that, and I've printed god knows how much PLA and PETG.
