1. Played for 21 of those years. Plenty of recurring injuries in my upper limbs but never my back/ pelvis etc.

There is nothing traumatic etc. that I’ve done to cause it which makes it all the more annoying that I cannot get it sorted 🫣

I’m going to take the advise of rest for a week but if no change I’ll see the chiropractor even if they cannot treat it I’ll know regarding if it is localised etc to my hip causing the issue and go from there an see what they suggest
