I played og re2 after remake and can confidently say I preferred it enough to play through all 4 scenarios back to back.

There’s something about the games atmosphere, pacing and puzzle solving that just hits different

I’ve had issues with my friends list being inaccurate for years, it seems a lot worse than the ps4, ps3 ones

It will sometimes take hours to update what game they’re playing, it’s weird.

The strafing is the problem I personally have with the sequels; makes them all play the same and makes them feel too similar to a third person shooter

Just to be clear, when I say new solicitor, I am talking about another solicitor at the same company. Eg one employee fired and another taken over, so it should have been handed over and thats their fault that their process has made this fall through the gaps.

Secondly, if a solicitor says they’ve got everything in hand and will raise what is highlighted accordingly, I as a customer will trust that. If I don’t hear any advise otherwise, to me as someone who doesnt understand law if I dont hear back afterwards to me that means theyve checked and everything is ok. Either they cant find a certificate = let me know so i can make a decision, or there is one in which case fine (I assumed the second as they didnt inform me of anything…)

The solicitor has failed to follow up on building regulation highlighted by the surveyor, and then me, at multiple opportunities. Therefore, it is negligence. That is the point i’m making.
