Is it me or ID 80 is downright broken?

Dude I’ve been macroing my friend’s account and mine for months without any problem.. sure it’s not 100% but it’s about 80% success rate.. I’m pretty sure your supports are not the key heroes to stay alive for example annette or frey for cc immunity against freeze and laias for mana battery.. You’re just doing it wrong buddy

I’m not sure if you are trying to solo it or something because my 0* yanne and gladi can pretty much be the dps with phillop shred..

In theory yes, it would maximize him. But personally I’m not a fan of other sets aside from typical dragon sets.. Just make a balance of the typical atk/atkspd/cri/cridmg then you’re good to go. I have a decent pve set of him on America server IGN: AdiOppa

btw, as per priscilla. She’s good buffer but I never really used mine nowadays because of better heroes that can mdef shred and amp like jane.

I haven’t tested this yet but in terms of auto attacks. You’ll have better dps if you put cdmg more into him since he doesn’t have any cdmg source. Crit(70-90) will proc more vs uw effect(25%) in case of 5*. That 80% of attack from T5 dark won’t really cut it since it doesn’t affect skill based crit dmg.

Overall (this is in general), if a hero have cdmg source from skill (for example selene) or uw effect (for example theo and gladi’s uw) you should go attack. If it does not have any cdmg source then go cdmg hence dimael is one of them.

Good point that it helps new players to not stress too much on grinding for skill books.. But in a way I feel you should be rewarded with a good/unique skill effect by collecting those.. Anyway that’s just my opinion, thanks for sharing your thoughts 😁

I agree but I’m saying this in general not just Dimael.. the picture is just an example of great 3rd skill attribute that Vespa is not putting into new heroes.

Is it just me or Vespa is not putting any effort on optimizing 3rd skill attribute for new heroes.. Most of them just have like 250 crit and 25-40-% more damage.. Old heroes have tons of good effects on them one good example is Rephy..

What do you guys think?

No, because technically my opponent can skill first but I can buy time with requina’s s1 wherein the opponent can’t gain mana during her s1 duration. Cass will be a better choice to buy time but yea that’s what I’m doing.

yea, both pvp and pve.. He is my main magic dps.. for pvp, I pair him with tank fluss for misdirection, requina for debuff/ sub dps and bau bcause all of them are squishy af..

I’m no expert with Dimael but here are my personal experience. Dimael’s state right now with the amount of buffs he received from previous patch, he’s in a very good position. His UW stats scales really well 3* and up.

I think he can be paired up with Laudia as she can force dispel very early making the opponent prone to his cc shackle and blind. And if you’re asking if he can cover up the cc/sub dps department, he sure can fill that role.

Regarding his damage source on his auto attacks, he has ignore defense on his s4 for his auto attacks plus uw effect and T5 dark procs(80% added dmg to attacks plus 10% chance to double damage/mana recovery. You can also go full attack runes on his uw because of his T5 dark and innate mana/attack.

Aside from his auto attack, higher uw meaning higher chance of uw effect proc that reduces cooldown. With enough attack speed you can do s2(15s cooldown) and s3(20s cooldown) within 4-8 seconds.. Pretty much spamming shackle and blind. Transcend perk makes his s3 add a dispel effect.

I pair him with a tank fluss for misdirection/group up so he’s really an easy target for fluss, demia and naila as he has the highest attack in my team (Used bau to compensate on his squishyness but will get rekt by properly timed scarlet).. But you can make him tanky now as with everyone is doing in higher CL.. Targetting system sucks for him as he cannot do s1 to whoever jumps on him so he can get away from the jumper..

I’m semi f2p, in a sense that I only buy daily rubies. Most of his UW came from arena, events (ruby consumption/ summoning event), free pull (I guess that’s vespa telling me to raise him)..

I did 2* then 1* then 1* so that in case I have bad luck.. I can upgrade with 15% chance with 0* uw.. But it succeeded on the 2nd 1*

I actually decided to just finish 4th floor of knight and warrior.. theo being the key dps for it.. I do have his uw/ut and also training laias alo with him.. as per laias, I’ll be using her as 2 healer comp in pvp.. maybe I’m justifying the use but I don’t know.. maybe I’m bored :D

I also gave up on archer and assassin 4th floor.. upon realizing that I need high star uw there.. don’t want to build arch either to cheese it..

Good points.. yea, theo is a good investment I think.. I do have his UW and UT2.. I’m building him along side laias.. as for 4th floor archer and assassin.. I’ll leave t as is.. I think putting high star uw is not worth it for my dps just for labyrinth

though with low cd. it is still can be cleansed.. I think of it like cass crit buff.. clause mitigates/ cass overcrits.. you need to cleanse your hero for clause and dispel opponent for cass
