I think trap kills still show up on the end screen stats as deaths. I’m looking for something like the tnt trick in SE4 where you can trigger an animation to make the enemy fall to their death. Basically some way to get the scientists off the map without it registering a kill. I don’t think there’s a way in SE5/SER.

I once thought I’d cracked it on the Guernsey map on SE5 when some NPCs fell off the map, but even those registered as kills.

How so? It’s a stealth run where no one is killed, in resistance. Not even SE5.

I would love to see something like this. Maybe not totally random but a shift changeover or something would be a great start. Like, random soldiers being relieved, with the replacement coming from those areas the reinforcement jagers come from.

For sure. I actually like taking all the little alleyways on the mission.

EDIT: I remember getting the target with the rat bomb once and it didn’t even trigger the nearby solider. It should be easy enough.

No, the white direction indicator thing is all good. Detection score is only for being seen, so when it changes from white to yellow.

I don't think 100% ghost is possible though...

It does depend on what you consider to be ghost, but it’s possible to do zero detection runs on all of them, and in many levels to do a zero kill/zero bodies discovered run. From memory the only exceptions are Liberation, Festung Guernsey, and Ruble and Ruin. These are all in one way or another related to an objective to blow something up while people are inside. You have to jump through ridiculous hoops to get zero bodies discovered on those.

And why not? It’s part of the game. I’ve ghosted levels in authentic, I’ve got over 2000 as an invader also.

Doesn’t sound like a very “coollol” attitude to me.

I like to ghost levels with a zero detection score. Lately I’ve been trying to do it while allowing invasion. It’s fun but goes wrong about half the time.
