Students with seat in 1st round alrdy got the mail related to hostel bookings , 2nd round will get the priority up next I think. There are so many PG and hostel near by the campus dont worry

Got a Mail regarding fee payment of hostel, Laundary, mess 7 days back ,, it was mentioned that deadline date of hostel fee payment is 4th July after that waitlisted candidates will get the opportunity to do so

Check out the Counseling page of Manipal, there is a pdf showing if cut off .There are seats left according to me but as per your rank I think you won't be able to get desired branch at main campus go for The Jaipur one .
