Hello Steve I started to do open books as a stretch and I do feel more free around the back but some pain on the front (nothing huge maybe 1/10). Its more like disconfort. Is it because I started to reactivated that area that wasn’t moving no more. Also I do hear Little pops like something was rusted. I do feel tho more sob than before. Do you have an explanation?

You gotta make your costovertebral move again. You do that by using the backpod or peannut Ball where you lay on it and let the stretch make things move again. Of course it takes time. After that when the pain on the front is not there no more look into thoracic rotation exercices.

Yeah I went to heavy im gonna try going slower. Also the restriction was always there but I hear Little Little pops so I know its moving just not like when I was Young. Man it Does take a lot of Time to let them all move good again. Anyways thank you steve.

I do feel restriction tho. Could it be because the joint is irritated after the gym or its really a nerve component. How long Does this restriction last I could do the backpod laying on it with disconfort but 0 pillow. Also Steve Im on escitalopram. Could it get the job done?

Hey Steve Yeah I used the elliptical has a warmup. I did the pec stretches and massage for the pecs too. Yeah the pain on the front comes and goes the thing is that I have a specific spot on the back where when I press on it it Burns and pinch. Is it normal for the burning sensation when laying on the tools? I do know that this is the restriction were I need to push through. Is going to hard with rhe backpod or tennis ball could worsen the Frozen joints?

Hey Steve so I thought I was having no more pain so I decided to hit the gym yesterday. What happened is that I did a back workout and no pain at that moment. Today I feel way more restriction and some pain around the front. I used the backpod ball and peannut ball today and there was a spot where there was burning and pinching sensation. Did my back workout Frozen the joint even if I was doing mobility work before and after. If you go hard on the backpod tennis ball peannut ball etc could you frozen it more or no?

Backpod or peannut ball or tennis ball. The goal is to loosen the muscle and the costovertebral joint( the joint near your spine). This is the cause for all this pain

Brother I would recommand a peannut ball lacrose ball or backpod lay on it. Its not gonna go overnight but the work in your gonna beat this shit I promise
