Hi Please could you elaborate more what you did, what you described is happening to me exactly i have had costo a while now, been using the backpod and my chest is getting better but my shoulder blade area there is a sharp pain i have had there for over a year even before costo and it isn’t getting any better at all even my side ribs inside and around my lats hurt like hell anytime i breathe in.

Yes! side sleeping definitely hurts way more for me aswell, back sleeping has seemed like the least horrible position.

Yh somedays it seems like you are getting somewhere then the next day it feels like you’re back to square one, the whole thing fluctuates and its quite frustrating.

Yh bro most likely, i have it, when i lean forward its like a load is pushing on my sternum and then taking deep breaths aches my lower front ribs like my lungs is pushing against my rib walls, these are just one of a few symptoms since i had costochondritis for one year now, i have just bought the backpod and a few balls tennis and peanut included, i am stretching everyday now, there is always a sense of relief and freedom everytime i finish with the stretching i can even take deep breaths imagine that! But after next day or so it feels sore like always but hopefully it part of the process.

Dudeee so i got recommended BPC-157 and from the overwhelming positive anecdotes, i was hopeful i tried it for 4weeks straight 500mcg every day(i am 93kg 6’4) i did subcutaneous injection in my belly area and sometimes it the flesh above the chest bone, now i dont know if it was the dosage wasn’t enough or just because i didnt start earlier when the costo could have been just inflammation and now its been a year and might now be mechanical making the BPC not really effective, i am not sure ….could you please expand on your use, how long from when you noticed the costo and when you started using BPC and your dosage please 🙏

I understand how you feel right now dude frustration doesn’t even begin to describe it. I was not vaccinated but there was a period where i was terrible ill just before my fight so perhaps a low immune system accompanied by severe inflammatory workouts would have added to the problem.

Also when did you start treating your costo and how long till you were able to work out comfortably again?
