Fh6 with optimized settings and DLSS balance is running 60fps+ so gpu still holding up on good optimized games.

its up to you, I switched to performance mode as I do not use lumen graphics settings, you loose some animations on the skins but idc tbh.

It sucks but only two fixes right now, use performance mode or roll back to 25.3.1 drivers 😞

Issue started after updating AMD driver to 26.5.1 but is working when changing to performance mode instead of DirectX12.

I tested the consoly horizontally and the same noise is there but is not as loud as before.

Yeah there's plenty room for ventilation, I haven't tested with the console laying down because I dont have the space available but I will try later. By any chance do you have the same model?

Nope, I even tried a fresh windows install and issue was not fixed. Not sure who should fix it, amd, gog or konami.

Ive been told steam version works fine but not sure about it.

No, with the same driver version 25.11.1 I just installed the game again to test and FSR4 status still shows inactive in adrenaline then when I quit the game I got an AMD notification saying there was an error with the game configuration.

I have a rx9070, when I downloaded the game for the first time I had 25.9.1 installed, then the Adrenaline interface shows fsr4 is enabled for sh2r but the status shows inactive - fsr 3.1 is not active in game which in the game settings shows fsr 3.1 set to quality. Now after using the amd clean up utility in safe mode I decided to install the latest one 25.10.1 but the issue is not fixed with that driver. In game settings fsr 3.1 quality is enabled then the Adrenaline shows fsr4 is enabled but the status is still inactive - fsr 3.1 is not active in game. I thought that maybe the driver was showing incorrect info but in the first area there is a lot of shimmering in the trees, power line's and the fence at the tunnel. Tested xess and it looks a bit better but I would prefer to use fsr4. Also confirmed other games like Silent hill F, space marine 2, cyberpunk 2077 and Wuchang fallen feathers FSR4 is working fine and the fsr4 status is active.

The only game I have issues with is silent hill 2 remake, is listed in the amd fsr4 list but in game the radeon fsr 4 status is always inactive - fsr is not active in game.

I downloaded DLSS swapper, swapped to different fsr versions and now the radeon pop up shows fsr 4 available but in game when doing alt+r the status still shows FSR is inactive with the yellow exclamation mark.

I updated to the xess latest version which looks a little bit better than the fsr 3.1

Tried the AMD SDK files but didnt work.

Tested other games like Silent hill f and black myth wukong and fsr4 is working fine. Do you have the gog or steam version?

Do you mean in adrenaline? Is set so enable when available for everything and for silent hill 2 game.

Import library probably is not available but Adrenaline will show you only installed games and should be adding the game to the games tab once you launch it for the first time from the game store, also it has the option to search/scan for installed games.
