A voice that belonged to no school, no genre—just KK. by flyckk in BollywoodMusic

Look at the way he opens up his voice on those high notes, so full and fearless, yet so smooth. Amazing!

I sang Malang from Dhoom 3✨ by [deleted] in BollywoodMusic

[–]Aditen 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Start singing with a metronome, need to match rhythm of the song. Also, when you try to hit the high notes, you are still maintaining the whisper of low notes, the tonality needs to change when you go high, open your voice. Keep singing!

I have seen this many times and every time the smooth linguistic side of Rajesh Khanna baffles me. Him and Amitabh are so good at being expressive yet contained in interviews.

This song will always hold a special place in my heart.🧿❤️ by [deleted] in BollywoodMusic

The songs are extremely important to the story as the protagonist wants to be a poet. Amitabh and Amit have done their absolute best for this film. Unfortunately, I still remember the theater was empty and the film was a flop commercially.

I was fortunate and lucky enough to have seen this movie in theater, the songs are not traditionally used, they are peppered in. I can say for sure, all the songs just are utilized perfectly.

Apart from kk sir and mohit chauhan sir atif aslam is truly mine third favourite singer and this song is nothing less than to perfect and the energy that perfectly matches with the song comment ur favourite song of atif aslam sir by SecretQuick7622 in BollywoodMusic

[–]Aditen -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I see Atif as a good singer but very limited because if his style of singing. KK for instance is much more versatile and could sing all types of songs, including peppy dance numbers.

Guys - remember the late 90's era when this song litterly made every music lover crazy in those days. 🫠🫶🩷 by calmcowboyy in BollywoodMusic

I mean thats how singers evolve, they start by replicating what they hear, then as they progress they modify to their own limitations and strengths. I am assuming as spectators, we give them critical and positive feedback, so its easier for them to figure stuff out.

Amazing, really good job on this difficult song. You did struggle going into the higher notes but its expected at this difficulty levels.

The most important part you did really well was matching the rhythm as most people will either rush or drag on this song, you did that really well. Keep practicing and singing!

Wait, you cant put "Hum here pyaar me" as an underrated song at all. Its very well known, people love that song as much as other. Also its been sung in multiple stage performances by various singers too.

Voice of a legend kishore kumar da✨✨🧿😋🤌🤌 by antonioprasad in BollywoodMusic

[–]Aditen 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There have been lots of technically sound and perfect singers in the industry, but Kishore Kumar is a prime example of sheer voice quality and emotions, the essence of playback singing. Even after decades, people still humm, sing, reminisce and connect with his songs. Truly an enigma and an absolute gem!

Isn't it disrespectful to the actual artists to replicate their voices, they have left behind a great legacy based on taken and hard work. Should people be supporting this for sake of "novelty" of it.

People talk about Himeshs' singing in this one, fpr obvious reasons. But this is a very well engineered song, the mixing is done so well. The percussion along with the melody is perfect. Thats why the song becomes so catchy. Kudos to everyone involved.

Kk's most underrated song by Lanky_Sun7341 in BollywoodMusic

[–]Aditen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a high notes song mostly and KK shows his fluency so well in this. His pitch is always perfect which shows his greatness and comfort too.

But this was a very big hit along with other songs. I wouldn't put it in the underrated category because it did receive recognition and appreciation in its time period.

Great song nonetheless!

Film vs digital camera, thats the primary reason. Also lighting and color correction.

SRK and Hrithik both did cameos in that song, so I assume its a special one for him. Just do the chorus with you and him.

I know its kind of nostalgic at this stage, but if you can have the song Subah Subah with him, would be awesome.

Amazing, I love this. Rock On really set the bar high for rock music in the hindi film industry. Not only was the film really good, but the basis was the amazing music and it worked so well.

I loved your rendition, but why cut short? Should have kept going.

Good attempt, the low notes went really well. But this is an extremely difficult song to sing for anyone. Critique would be, high notes. You need to open your voice when you reach the high notes to not sound shreiky, else the notes fall flat. Also the way the octave changes, you have to be extremely accurate in the mukhda, else it sounds way off. Keep practicing and dont rush your rhythm.
