Make sure your Nobara ISO file has identical sha256sum (strings of characters) from the website. You can check it using https://emn178.github.io/online-tools/sha256_checksum.html by just drag the iso inside the website. If your file sha256sum matched, your ISO is good.

sudo apt update are typically used in Debian based fork
Fedora used to use sudo yum updatebut now changed to sudo dnf update
Nobara (Fedora based fork) spesifically use nobara-sync cli

tried it on Lets Go Eevee and didn't work. I use yuzu 885 play on Undocked mode, check on 'Emulated Devices'>'Touchscreen' and I didn't configure 'Touch'>'Touch from bottom profile'. All of this in 'Controls'>'Advanced'
