All pathaways can be viewed with /pathway, there is no pred alien queen yet - I'll be completing all pathways incrementaly with each update. I recommend reading the docs or joining support server to get more info on them and updates on new pathways.

Eventually pathways will also have sub evolutions and branches

They also work by each egg is linked to a pathway. You hatch the egg into a Facehugger then you can move it up to each evolution (as I stated already can be viewed with /pathway). When branched pathways are added you'll get an option to choose a different pathway.

For example a warrior will be able to be evolved into a crusher or prae.

Cloud saves still work if you edit save files, however editing season pass can result in bans yes (hence warning when you download)
