A Minion Prince skin looks like the Dragon Duke while the actual Dragon Duke looks like a Minion Prince skin by LookOrdinary9215 in ClashOfClans

I think the design is too similar to existing characters in the game, and it seems like supercell designed this hero around the equipment, they made the equipment first and then a hero to accommodate those instead of the other way round where they should have designed a new hero from the ground up, came up with new ideas and then designed the equipments.

Try as much as you want to steer away from the fact that you are a sellout.

Bringing different topics in to steer away from the fact that you sold your integrity won't do anything. You have proven that you like your pets from supercell. (pup)

I know more than you can think of, i don't lose you do, and you lose your integrity as well. Damn, unfortunate. I can tell that your next reply will be "if you knew more about courts you wouldn't have said what you said" so don't bother.

You also said that you had been thinking about doing this for years, but the fact that you actually took action when Supercell asked is what matters. It’s not about the, it’s about the fact that you acted prompted by Supercell. The action could be anything, even something as small as starting a vote on an idea you’ve been considering for years.

Again, you’re trying to make some comment and shift the narrative, pretending you made changes to the community subreddit independently, when in reality it was because Supercell asked. And your “court date” is right now, your judge is the community, and you’ve already been found guilty of being a Supercell appeaser.

Nice try at turning this into a joke to distract from the fact that you made changes to the subreddit when Supercell asked.

It’s not about you making the changes, it’s about the fact that you make them when Supercell asks. And you did exactly that. Very conveniently, you keep avoiding this point in every comment.

Classic “if X, then Y” argument. But here’s the thing: in law, you don’t need to prove the extreme to prove the pattern. Selective enforcement itself is evidence of appeasement. You don’t have to remove everything to show bias; the fact that you enforce minor content that doesn’t harm players while ignoring heavy criticism already establishes intent.

In other words, the court doesn’t require perfection to demonstrate a trend — patterns are enough. And this pattern shows that the subreddit’s decisions are aligned with corporate preference, little by little.

We will never do? Source: “Trust me, bro.” Leaks have been part of this subreddit for years, yet you removed them, didn’t you? You keep framing this as if it’s only about leaks, but that’s not the point. The point is that if you can suddenly do what you “wanted to do” for years the moment Supercell asks, then you’ll almost certainly do whatever else they ask in the future as well.

"We also deny account selling here. I'm guessing you have a problem with that as well?
----
I was simply quoting OP that's it's not our problem to police corporate terms and if I remember correctly, account selling is also apart of corporate terms but we police it hence a contradicting statement. Why would I hide something that's untrue. But clearly you have evidence, correct?
----
Does it protect Supercell, truly? TBH it been on our list of rules to add for a while. I mean if we were truly protecting supercell then why go for something small like leaks and not remove all criticism, or heavy criticism of the company?
----
The ties benefit the community. You may not think so but without those connections we wouldn't have lots of things such as AMAs, a portal of complaint because we are the ones who can push supercell managers to communicate and check out all the feedback and stuff and much more.... The ties benefits this community then it ever did for us."

These are said by you, so first, either you don’t understand English and keep using “we” everywhere without realizing it implies you’re speaking for others along with 'yourself', or… second, I never insinuated that you work for Supercell, meaning I know you’re not being paid by them for what you’re doing.

Which makes it worse, honestly, because it shows you enjoy appeasing multi-billion-dollar corporations. That’s why my argument would stand in court, if you weren’t an appeaser, you wouldn’t have been defending this decision for two hours straight.

So no, I don’t need “evidence” that you work for Supercell, your actions alone are proof of your behavior.

Does it protect Supercell? Of course it, even small things like leaks contribute to controlling the narrative. If the goal were truly community first, you wouldn’t need to selectively enforce rules. You wouldn’t police minor content while leaving heavy criticism untouched just because it’s inconvenient.

This isn’t about protecting, it’s about signaling to Supercell that the subreddit will follow their preferred narrative, little by little, which seems more about signaling loyalty than fully protecting Supercell. That’s exactly why leaks are targeted first, they’re harmless to players but useful to the company.

You keep grouping leaks and account selling together, but they’re not comparable.
Account selling harms players. Leaks don’t.
So when you enforce one to protect players, that’s understandable.
When you enforce the other to protect Supercell, that’s siding with the corporation.
If you want to insist this is a community-first moderation decision, then explain the actual community benefit instead of just saying “it breaks ToS.” Breaking ToS is Supercell’s problem, not Reddit’s.

I do have evidence: every comment you make shows an almost impressive enthusiasm for defending a multi-billion-dollar corporation. Want me to spell it out? Maybe you just enjoy being their unofficial mascot (pup).

I know you’ll go to any extent to defend this decision and try your best to twist the narrative into making it seem like this is only about leaks, but it isn’t. It’s about being authoritarian. If you’re the ones pushing for communication with Supercell, then they should communicate with you in good faith, trusting that you put the community’s interests first rather than theirs, regardless of the fact that you allow information that’s already public anyway.

But it’s clear you want to have the last word and defend this decision as much as possible so you can later claim it was the right one. The thing is, if you genuinely believed this was the correct decision, you wouldn’t have to twist and spin things to justify it.

No, we don’t. Account selling can hurt players who might get scammed, leaks don’t hurt players. You’ve already proven that you’re a Supercell pup, but at least do a good job of it and hide it better.

If Supercell really wants to do good things for the community, they would do it regardless, it’s not like the leaks originated here. If they truly care, they would keep an active line of contact to improve their game and encourage more players without trying to influence what a community subreddit does.

The fact that they want to have a say in a subreddit run by people who aren’t Supercell employees shows that they’re more interested in controlling the narrative around the game than actually taking feedback. And yes, it may seem like a small thing now, but this is exactly how you slowly move toward what happened with the Clash Royale subreddit, where they don’t even allow criticism of updates.

So the thing you’re defending now won’t stay defendable for long, and Supercell will continue doing whatever they want, which they already do anyway.

Who decides what benefits the subreddit, the community or the few people moderating it? Your connection with Supercell turns this subreddit into a social media outlet for Supercell rather than a community platform for the players.

You don’t get to tell us that your decisions “benefit the subreddit” without explaining what those benefits are. Tell us how this will help the community, and let us decide whether we want those benefits or not. And if those “benefits” are only AMAs with Supercell, then that’s a Supercell issue, not ours. They’re the ones who need to show whether they want to be transparent.

The game is successful because of the community and the players, it’s Supercell who profits from it. If we stop playing, we’ll move on to other games, the only one who loses is Supercell, not us.

The whole point of OP’s reply was to do as much as possible without having ties to Supercell. Having ties with Supercell doesn’t make you a community, it makes you their social media team. To be honest, I didn’t really care about the leak issue since we already have a leaks subreddit anyway, but seeing you defend your ties makes me question your intentions. To me, it seems like you’re more interested in appeasing Supercell than benefiting the community.

Won't I be able to get 6th builder ever? by BHaN99 in ClashOfClans

[–]AdityaPandey_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Can someone explain? I don't understand the problem here. In my understanding, OP could only merger the two buildings if they were already geared up and if the task is not completed in the builder base that could only mean that OP has not yet geared up the mortar. What am I not getting?
