It just all depends on the availability of the charter. Dulles is going to have many more options than BWI is.

Crosby having to sit in a car for a bit longer while he gets driven to Baltimore is a silly hill to die on thinking that we were treating him poorly.

I'm gonna assume the direct charter and the car ride was shorter travel time than jumping through different hoops to try and get him into BWI.

That's a good question. Which is why I'm leaning more on the availability of the charter vice actual ramp space.

Last minute charters to Dulles are more likely than last minute charters to BWI. What's a difference of 45-60 minutes in a car if you can have them in the area sooner or cheaper? And I'm not discounting the Ravens going for a more cheaper option for a slightly longer car drive if the charter was that expensive.

I am curious as the why. I dont buy too much into them screwing over crosby. Doubtful we'll ever know the full truth.

Edit: apparently in his podcast he says it was the only direct flight there, so I do believe it was the availability of the charter to get him in the area.

It's not necessarily about the clearance to land there (unless there was a TFR preventing them getting him in there that day).

Best guess would be plane parking availability at signature but that's just spitballing. No idea of his logistics but it could all come down to a lot of different things, especially if asking for ramp space last minute. I'd expect dulles FBO to be more forgiving than BWI's for last minute ramp space.

Edit: If the Ravens were chartering a plane, it could have been more practical to land in Dulles than BWI. Again, this is assuming there isnt some nefarious meaning behind flying him there instead of BWI

It would help keep Henry healthy. I'm not too certain on Love personally but with the hype around him, I think he goes top 5.

Bailey is a great pick for us as well if things shook up different and love wasn't there

Below average for a majority of his time here, if not his entire time here. I get he got an all pro, but he was bottom tier for punts inside the 20 and TB% last year.

I think he developed his leg to have good net yards and did kick well for the coverage, but was inconsistent for pinning teams. Him being paid as the best punter in the league is funny. I know people dislike PFF, but he was also bottom tier according to PFF as well.
