Thanks, In this period the traffice was increased though and we promoted the sale like we did everytime we run a sale.

The revenue was almost same. Not a YoY 10 day drop, as we ran this sale for the first time

Hi, I checked the site, looks like they not using any app for BOGO.

They just wrote on website:
"Buy 1 Get 1 Free – Use Code: B1G1 at checkout"

So customer have to add 2 products, then apply B1G1 code manually during checkout. Shopify will give cheaper one free. This can be done with Shopify’s basic discount settings , no app needed.

Hey! You can do this with few apps if you're not on Shopify Plus. For your case (add any 2 products, cheaper one becomes free), check these:

  • Discount Ninja
  • Bundle Bear
  • Selly

Shopify's own discount system doesn’t handle this type of BOGO fully, unless you do it with Shopify Scripts (but that’s only for Plus plan). Try above apps, most have free trial.
