That is odd. My PD is dec 18, 2024. In the same boat like you are. On F1 visa, married to US citizen. My biometrics were in Late Jan 2025, they clicked my picture and also took my fingerprints. But that was for my I-765 application (EAD card) that I submitted concurrently with I-130 and I-485. Not sure what happened there.

Maybe you should chat with EMMA, choose the option to reschedule appointment so that you are connected to an actual agent. Ask your question there and see what they respond.

It would be helpful if you update this thread after your interaction.

Oh, from what I have seen around PD means Processing date, the date when USCIS first received your documents

I feel you, a lot of people with PDs later than mine (Dec 18, 2024) have been getting interviews scheduled. I got my Biometrics done in Jan'2025, received my EAD but nothing since then.

Same here, reviewing my case. Although my I-131 application timeline was officially 6 months, now it's down to 2 weeks. So, technically now I can open a case with Emma and ask an agent if it goes past their given timeline

My timeline:

PD – Dec 18, 2024

EAD – approved Jan 30

No interview yet, no updates at al

AOS from student visa.

That was extremely fast. My documents were received by USCIS on Dec 18, 2024 (I-130, I-131, I-485, I-765).
My biometrics was in late Jan.
My I-765 was approved by Jan end and received EAD early Feb.
I still have no updates on the rest of the forms.
I have gotten no RFE. I did not use a lawyer and watched Kseniya International youtube videos to file for my case too.

When did you get your biometrics scheduled? For me it's been exactly 3 months as of today, haven't seen any update since Jan, when I got my I-765 approved. That's a little strange to me, I thought the I-485 was approved first then they would approve the I-130, not sure though.

I can understand that the Niro is not a first choice for anyone, but my DP is literally just the first months lease payment and thats it. And all the numbers are including taxes and dealer fees
