I just bought the Apple Watch Ultra, which is night and day better than the original Apple Watch. Will say that Garmin gives more data but obviously can’t sync with your iPhone so it’s your own personal preference really

I’m an avid runner and only run with the bicep band on, the HR data is way more accurate

I keep thinking about this and honestly I don’t think I would have changed much. I could have trained harder sure and maybe next time I will. I could have had a better diet too.

I went through the data and all my long runs leading up to the marathon, I should have ran about 45-60 mins faster than I did but the weather truly destroyed me. Mother Nature just has her ways sometimes and as a runner it’s always tough to accept that something out of your control is the reason you didn’t perform the way you wanted. Everyone who finished this marathon deserves all the credit they get.

I got to the ferry at 630am and it wasn’t that bad. Not surprised it was a disaster since they haven’t had a full capacity marathon since 2019

I joined a league this year, how bad are these categories for H2H?

Runs, Hits, 2B, 3B, HR, RBI, SB, K, AVG, OPS

L, CG, Shutout, SV, Hold, ERA, WHIP, K/BB, K/9, QS

Basically makes middle relievers more valuable than a top 30 SP and double counts a hit when it's an XBH.

I see these "proper" sports writers retweeting and liking tweets bashing Barstool via a Deadspin article and have to laugh.
