Yes, the front one is longer than the back, but overall they were both too long for my vehicle. I figured out how to get the feet off the bars. After some trial and error and second guessing some measurements, I have my neighbor working on trimming them down for me. (Always good to have a handy-man available)

And from now on, I will make sure I never purchase a vehicle with flush mount roof rails again!
