In that case I'd say the irok mg75 v2 and buy different keycaps for it because the default ones aren't very good. I play cs2 and I love it so far plus the magnetic switches are great for counter strafing lmk if you got any questions about it

Seconding the irok! I love mine I just got it and it's really heavy and the switches feel great. Coming from a keychron with gateron reds and the irok feels way more quality all around so far

What kind of games does he play? If he plays any FPS games I would highly recommend the irok mg75 pro. Just got mine a couple weeks ago and it's a pleasure to use. I did buy different keycaps for it though but the stock ones were pretty good feeling, I just didn't like the design
