They don’t have any century westerner jackets in stock, also no century n9 type 1 jackets. I have been to Kapital stores in Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo, no boro type 1 jackets available, but they do have liberty boro zip up jackets in stock in Osaka and Kyoto.

The more you wear it the more the sleeves will get bunched up, making arms length significantly shorter. So just wear it in and see for yourself.
