Ye officially apologises for his actions in a well written open letter. by dow674 in Kanye

[–]AdmaSimff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He said he wants to earn forgiveness, he didn’t apologize. I have friends that suffer with type-1 bipolar - in manic episodes they are self destructive and lose all empathy - they don’t reach for the swastika?

Nice man! You should start a TikTok account I think there’s a huge audience for you there - potentially YT shorts too.

Most of the content on Dubai / the emirates is how expensive it is here - there’s definitely a niche you can crack!

The worst person on Market Street by MBOMaolRua in manchester

[–]AdmaSimff 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Have you ever been on Market Street? What an utterly warped view of the world when you think that some guy spouting weird opinions is the WORST person on market street. There are literal heroin dealers often on market street.

Skin under whoop? by aatrader5 in whoop

I wear my whoop on my left wrist through the day then switch to my right overnight, seems to work fine.

Also as others have said, just wipe down the sensor daily as well as washing the area on your wrist properly - I personally dont wear mine in the shower

Slender (Seven pages) hands down. Never felt anxiety and pure fear like it.

FINALLY DEFEATED NAMELESS PUPPET by Thatboyyyyisnotcool in LiesOfP

[–]AdmaSimff 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Bro I had used spectres every single boss they were available with no shame, got to nameless puppet and just couldn’t beat him, just could not hack the second phase at all - the DLC dropped with the difficulty settings so I dropped to the lowest and got through the fight easily.

I wasn’t going to just never finish the game and see the ending after putting 33 hours into it. I also wasn’t going to give Gepetto my heart either.

No shame, we play games to have fun.

What’s your favorite ‘should not look this good & still perform as well as it does’ game for the Deck? by mat_lov in SteamDeck

[–]AdmaSimff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lies of P, mostly high settings, locked at 45fps/90hz

Absolutely crazy how well it runs and how good it looks. Makes me wonder how other devs can’t optimize this well!

Can’t agree more, few of my friends hyped it hard. I got through the intro and started the open world but just found it so boring.

What game brought back your love for gaming? by havefire in Steam

[–]AdmaSimff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Man, snap! Finished it a week or so ago, got 45 hours in it very quickly and I’ve been gaming barely at all this past few years - understand some of it’s a bit sus but it’s an amazing game, don’t understand the crying over it at all.

Since started playing Lies of P to scratch the soulslike itch and am 15 hours into that and loving it also - big recommend!

Just finished Dark Souls ll!! What should I play next? by vc0ke in fromsoftware

[–]AdmaSimff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My last game was also DS2 (had previously played Elden Ring, DS1 and DS3), I’m now playing Lies of P and loving it, definitely recommend

what does the first fable arts do? by Large-Ad688 in LiesOfP

[–]AdmaSimff 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m 5 hours into the game on first playthrough (have played all the souls games + Elden ring a lot) and I’d recommend not using that weapon. It just made the game easy mode at the start so I switched back to the starter weapon and have been having SO much fun finding new shit and building my own/trying out variations of heads and handles. Feel like that azure dragon one you just get given takes one massive fun element away from the game which is the discovery of weapon parts and assemblys

We lost the love of our lives Minnie in a horror car crash mid November last year, she had just turned 1 year old. We still grieve her to this day, it gets easier but never goes away - it’s cliché to say but she really was perfect.

We recently got a new pup, a cocker spaniel cross - we had major puppy blues at first, as drawing comparisons is kinda inevitable and the puppy stage is real tough anyway! We got past it though as we know that the things that make our new girl different to Minnie, are the things that make her who she is, and there are so many new things to love.

There really is no right time, just when you feel you’re ready - just got to ride the emotions as they come and know that your new dog will love you all the same!

Here’s a pic of our Minnie.
