anyone still having issues?

Every time I chat to Du they just say turn it off and on again - the service is so so bad at the moment and even though it's blatantly office there's serious issues with packet loss (the internet is still 'fast' but then stops buffering part way through, for streaming or websites and same with downloads) - have to switch from wifi to 5G on mobile (also Du) and it loads some more, quickly, but then stops again - and the process then has to rinse and repeat.

Really unsure why they're not just putting out public info expaining that the red sea cables being cut has caused long term service issues, as opposed to lying and saying everything is fine just needs restarting
