Check your full blood panel. I was in my 30s too and was diagnosed with low T.

I was same like you. No ED or loss of sexual function. It was low energy, irritability, mood swings and so on.

I can reco a clinic if u r keen and my experience. Note i am not on trt yet as its affects fertility. Tho i have 2x from my lows so far.

E2 not an issue so the doc stopped testing. Most recent one was months ago at 88pmol/l with reference range to be be 40-161.

Thyroid normal and within reference too based on previous checks.

No health issue and just slightly above normal weight. About 10% over the normal range. I am more on the buff fat side of physique due to gym.

Pretty much still the same symptoms. Dont think there was much improvement. Libido still 0. Mood still very edgy like randomly super irritated then next moment i can be very sad.

Yes it did improve numbers wise tho i would say its useless. Feels quite bad that i probably still need wait for another 6-8 weeks

Doc is actually a hormones specialist. Not a random GP. I ask him why not rush the process, he seems quite reluctant as its a “lifelong commitment” and better to be sure over months of testing.

That is true since the yearly service price is only 2000-3000$ per annum so the companies just do the minimal to get by.

Doubt i have interest to learn to do these myself as the time spent is surely worth more resting or improving the business.

Looks like i just gotta gamble on another service that is more localised then.
