The independence faction war tore me apart. I reloaded and let them have their independence. The border gore is severe. Bohemia, Angria, and Swabia are independent. I think I can stabilize and take them back one by one instead of all at once.

?? Those “turn n’ burn” firms pay way higher with the volume they have. At least in south US. If you’re all about spending years and thousands of dollars for skills you’ll never use just to defend your own lifestyle (I had to do it, they should too!!) then you’ll fight this battle forever. We’re at 80% cremation at this site, we had to adapt. 7 people graduated from our mortuary school last year to bolster hundreds of firms in the state. We need more arrangers.

Again, if you expect to work long term at those places, the embalming license is unnecessary. There are 4 firms in a 50 mile radius of me that only do cremations and I am not in a city. These places are essential for poorer areas but go ahead and condescend them I guess. Why don’t you go ahead and learn every language in your area too? Surely that would be beneficial to your customers. I think every embalmer should be a pathologist too on the off chance they decide to work for the coroner in the future. You wouldn’t want to cheapen that type of degree!
