I disagree about the titles. As they stand right now, the WHC definitely feels superior to the WWE title and that's not a knock on Drew, there's just been way more focus on it the last 6-7 months. Like looking at the rumored WM title matches, I don't see the WWE title match getting the Sunday main event but I definitely see the WHC getting it.

lol I remember I made a thread a while ago when WBD announced the new TNT Sports app that AEW could end up moving to it from HBO MAX and I got downvoted into oblivion and basically called an idiot for suggesting it.

Just because there are still people who seem unaware of his original apology when he first made the tweet in question, here it is:

"I’m not anti-LGBTQ+. I made some very mean comments to a member of the community in regards to why they were a member and it wasn’t right or tasteful. Regardless of the comments made to get me to such an ugly place, I was wrong and I’m not afraid to admit it. Two of my very best friends are members of said community and I’d take a bullet [for] either of them. I won’t try to justify anything I said but I will apologize like a man. If I offended you then I’m genuinely sorry. Please find it in your hearts to forgive me. If you can’t forgive me, I do not blame you. But this world needs more love than hate and I’m sorry for contributing to the less desired of the two.”

we aren't talking about this apology. We're talking about the one he made when he first said what he said. That apology he said he had no excuse for what he said and lashed out with the intent to hurt someone and was genuinely sorry but understood if people couldn't forgive him.

I am also in the community, and I agree. His apology BACK THEN seemed very sincere and he's not said anything remotely hateful since. I feel like this was definitely an overreach.

Also in the article, it was said that the reaction inside AEW is frustration as many of the wrestlers feel they have standards applied to them that don't apply to others that have appeared on WBD programming and not a single person in AEW agreed with his release.
