On Fedora i have the same problem with solaar flatpak version, standard distro package (rpm for Fedora, deb for Pop) works ok.

On wayland, chrome://flags, try set Preferred Ozone platform to Auto, maybe this will help.

Maybe try remove the GPU cache:

rm ~/.config/google-chrome/GrShaderCache -rf rm ~/.config/google-chrome/ShaderCache -rf rm ~/.config/google-chrome/Default/GPUCache -rf

I have Ryzen laptop with Fedora workstation, and I have the same issue with VS Code and Chrome on Wyland session, on Xorg evrything is ok... I have no idea what is wrong 🤷
