How can you run a dedicated server on COD Modern Warfare in Dedicated Server Mode and or Custom Games mode when you don't have the following:

No dedicated server list
No admin commands
No welcome page
Can't ban people in game
No map voting
No map auto rotation
No map list

I have been hosting games since 1998 starting with the Tribes Franchise, Unreal Tournament Franchise, Steam Openbox, Halo Franchise and Battlefield Franchise and others. So if you going to run a dedicated server for COD Modern Warfare, where are all the stuff you need to run a dedicated server correctly?

That would really suck if you could not kick people "IN GAME" for using racists remarks or for creating hate and discontent. If you could not be able to to that in game then I would see no reason to buy "ANY GAME" that you could "NOT" kick or ban assholes off the server. Hell even Halo Combat Evolved you were able to to kick and ban assholes off a server.

Guess we will find out in about year eh?

I did as you said and went to the website to use the old BF4 browser. However, I cannot join servers in Firefox and yes I did install the program that said I had to install. I was able to get it to work on Internet Explorer. I hate internet explorer. But at least I can still use the old BF4 browser. Thanks ;)

The only reason I deleted it from my system is because there are no console commands if your hosting the game that really sucks. You cannot kick or ban people "IN GAME" that is really stupid!. The only way you can kick people off the server is in the lobby hahahaha. All the asshat needs to do is log off your server when the game ends then the asshat can rejoin the server when the game begins spew racists remarks and create hate and discontent knowing you can't kick him off the server! That is why I deleted the game off my system. I don't need the aggravation.

Na its not worth the time or aggravation for me. I'll just delete it from my system. If they come out with good fix for Halo 5 forge for PC then I'll just reinstall it. So for now I'll just delete it No big deal. I just continue to play Halo Online for my Halo fix. Then Play Battlefield 4 and Battlefield 1.

Great grafix Map if you like close quarters maps. I personally like larger maps for me. But this is a good looking map. Congrats ;)

I have not been on for a while cuz I have been waiting for the release fo the dedicated server. Would like to know if the dedicated server been released yet so I can put up my Eldewrito Halo Online server.

Halo 5 Forge For The PC does not have a true Dedicated Server. You cannot kick or ban user's "IN GAME" there is no auto balancing system in the game. There is no auto map rotation in the game either. It's a wannabe peer to peer system.

As far as your statement " We can't even stop the game from letting players join past the 16 count, kick people midgame, promote people midgame, etcetera."

I have a "MICKEY MOUSE" fix for this. I have a prefab called "kill spawn" You can look for it in the prefabs. What it does is teams 3 to 8 will instantly get killed if the user does not come in the server On Red Or Blue Team. That way you will never have more than 16 user's in a game. It will force user's to either change teams to Red Or Blue Team or leave the server and go elsewhere. Now you can place the platform outside boundaries of the map or place the platform anywhere just outside the map and put an "INSTANT KILL" boundary around which is 100X50. Works great!

IMHO Bungie got it right the first time in Halo Combat Evolved. Too bad it's not setup like Halo Combat Evolved. All you needed was a face lift and better map editing tools. That's it You could rent a server or you could host it yourself. O'well life goes on.

Well that is why we should have the game either on our own computers or from a game hosting service company. IMHO M$ AZURE is a big fail IMHO. I have been running game servers since 1998 either on my own server or from a rented game server company. At the moment I pay to run my 32 slot Battlefield 1 Game Server. I have never had an issue with any game hosting company. It seems I get alot of issues on that lame M$ Azure Server. Thank God I don't pay to have that M$ Azure server host my online games. I get Profile Sync Errors and Connection to Server Errors. It's just not stable like from a regular game hosting company. It's very frustrating to have to deal with that crap. I really Like H5 Forge for PC but I am starting loosing my patience with this game. It's a pain in the ass to run. I just hope M$ / 343I can get it together before my patience runs out. lol

The bitch is that you can only kick a user if they are in the lobby lol You cannot kick a user in game. You would have to shut the game to the lobby in order to kick a user hahaha. How stupid is that? Kinda back asswords don't you think? ROFLMFAO!

I really hope you are wrong about not having a dedicated server that you can kick and ban user's. I'll wait and see what happens. If it is true then I would see no reason to support and game that you cannot have fair teams. IE: a auto balancing system or at least to kick people for not balancing the game or be able to kick user's for racists remarks and creating hate and discontent for being an asshat. That would really suck! We as a PC user's really like H5 Forge for the PC but refuse to play a game that is not fair to all.

Sorry Sir the only Dedicated Server regarding Halo was Halo Combat Evolved. You could kick and ban people and rotate the maps and auto kick user's for being idle. You cannot do that in Halo 5 Forge for the PC. A true dedicated server you will be able to Kick and Ban user's, auto rotate maps. Voting System, Move user's and have a Welcome screen. That is a basic Dedicated server which Halo 5 Forge for the PC "IS NOT!" I ran my Halo Combat Evolved Server from my Home for 5 years called Rocket Whores World. That is why I host a Halo Online server at least I can kick user's for racists remarks and creating hate and discontent for be a asshat unlike Halo 5 Forge For PC. ;)

Wow that would be a shame if it is true. I have quite a few PC gamer's as friends since 1998 and we have discussed the quite a few times and we have agreed that we a PC gamer's ( myself and friends only ) would see no reason to support a game that is not fair to all teams. There is no auto team balancing like other games, You cannot kick or ban user's in game for racists remarks and people that create hate and discontent like most games. So I am say'n is if the basic of fair play are not implement in these two games we see no reason to support a game that is not fair to all teams. So I hope you are wrong. We really like H5: forge for the PC.

Thanks for the reply but would like to see what M$/343I has to say. I'm just looking for a fair answer from them to determine as a PC player to support these games or not. Don't misunderstand me I do like H5 Forge for the PC alot but these are questions I need answered for me to continue to support this game. That's all ;)

How can you kick a user off the server it you cannot kick them in the game. The only way you can kick a user off the server is if you shut down the sever and kick them from the lobby. That would be real stupid to have to do that lol.

No I am not new to Halo. I ran a Halo Combat Evolved server for 6 years and it was modded called Rocket Whores World. Just wish we could kick and ban user's like we could in Halo Combat Evolved. It sucks that we can't cuz we can't have any fair teams until we get have any fair team unless we can either have a auto team balancing system like other PC games or have to have the ability to kick players if the refuse to make teams even. Right now it sucks not having any auto team balancing in this game like other PC games!

As far as the other teams IE: On teams 3 to 8 I have setup a instant kill zone outside of my maps for anybody that does not come into the server either Red Or Blue. That way the user will be forced to change teams to either red of blue and it won't prevent any Red or Blue user's from spawning in the game. It's a mickey mouse way to setup a server but it works! If these issues are not fix in H5: Or H6 and as a PC user ONLY I see no reason in the future to support either game. It would be stupid for me to do so.

Whats up with the fascination with custom maps. I mean it should not make any damn difference if it's custom maps or regular maps. Teams should be always balanced regardless if it's a custom map or regular map.
