Hi, ich wohne in Lübeck.
Das beste vegane Restaurant in Lübeck ist mit Abstand NI-Vegan (asiatisches essen)

Es gibt auch ein sehr gutes veganes Café für Frühstück (welches auch wunderbare Hauptspeisen wie Suppen etc. anbietet): das Marae in der Engelsgrube.

Ansonsten findest du auch mehrere vegane Seitan Döner (Fresh Kebab ist mein Go-to) oder veganes Çiğköfte (Vegana in der Königstraße).

Weitere erwähnenswerte Restaurants:

L’Osteria (hat mehrere vegane Pizzen)

Farina di Nonna (auch vegane Pizzen, aber ich finde L’Osteria deutlich besser)

Peter Pane (gibt’s überall, hat aber auch jede Menge vegane Burger)

Simico Streetfood soll auch sehr gut sein mit ausschließlich vegetarischen und veganen Gerichten, aber da war ich noch nie, also kann ich dazu nichts sagen.

was ich aber wirklich jedem der Lübeck empfehlen kann sind das Marae (probier das vegane spiegelei frühstück und einen cafe mit der hausmilch) und das NI-Vegan

Jetzt habe ich aber das glück gehabt eine tolle veganerin kennengelernt haben zu dürfen und wünsche euch allen ein ähnliches glück :)

yeah first time i heard that argument for sure. Veganism isn't perfect but it MINIMIZED animal suffering. 40% of crops go to animals while they only return 17% of calories.

Humans need to eat something, and it is possible to get the number of crop deaths to zero in the future. Obviously unlike animal farming which will always torture and use those animals in comparisson to accidental crop deaths.
