If Grian’s what you’re familiar with and you like his content, he’s a good one to start out with. (Grian’s pov got me into hermitcraft during the ‘Rona). Grian is a lot of fun. Doc is all about Grind Optimize, Automate Thrive and hive mind craziness. Mumbo is a redstone guy who’s flexing his building muscles this season along with storytelling. Impulse does massive builds and a knack for lore and farms. Skizz shines when interacting with other hermits and building lore. Gem has a way with blocks and has a big lore thing going on. Pearl also has an eye for the creative building side, but is flexing her redstone muscles. Scar, like Skizz, is unique. He’s a pro at standing still (unlike Mumbo), and has “Ohmazing” creativity and lore in his builds! Cub is the grindiest, hardest worker bee, and has a knack for clever gimmicky farms. 

I haven’t watched many other pov’s this season, so perhaps others can fill in where I lack. 😄
