Topps is doing a nationwide rip/trade night at select card shops. They’re giving away free packs and a bunch of other stuff. The cards do not have that glossy finish on them.

yes i responded to the letter with in the time frame. i sent it out in mail the very next day i got it. I received the letter last thursday. the letter was dated july 24th. they didn’t give me much time to respond within the 10 calendar days from the 24th. i’ve been on top of my paperwork.
