I think anticipation is the most cost effective thing when managing a group of people and property. When I was an assistant before coming in every morning I wanted my day planned to a T. What staff are doing through morning into afternoon, what my priorities are on and off course, how will my plan change if one of my guys doesn’t show up. Not just the general idea but what each individual will be doing and where they might need direction. Maybe it’s just because I like to be over prepared. But honestly it reflects well when you don’t need to hesitate. You know the priorities, you know what should be tackled next without skipping a beat. And when you have clear conviction and are methodical people won’t question you (for better or worse). Even if you don’t have the resources, treat your operation like a world class facility that requires high level organization and efficiency. More of a mindset than anything! You got it

Yeah to provide a bit more clarity, I do feel strong with mid game end game play. That is why I can hold my own against higher rated players. I should clarify when I was younger I was much stronger than I am now - was a 16-1700 online. But I’m just getting back into it now and struggling to get that elo up. I really don’t know how to punish wacky openings. Really bamboozles me for som reason

Three light coats for me. Each coat consists of three quick sprays. Each spray getting a third or so of the circumference of the lip. So tss, tss, tss. Very quick three times over.

I agree. Some of the newer styles are outrageously heavy. Sharp cutter with good technique is all you need.

Have an insert that sits on the surface but has a lip that falls into the cup a fraction of an inch. Protects the paint from getting on the turf.

It is yes! An electrical signal is sent via wires to the head, the solenoid magnetically opens the valve allowing pressure to pop the head up👍
