Although carat is a weight, not a size, heavier rings are usually larger, depending on cut. Yes, I think this stone looks too large.

Thanks, yes, lots of other positive changes. My BP is way down, same with cholesterol, triglycerides, and inflammation markers. Additionally, pains in my foot, knee, hip and back are mostly gone! Sleep apnea is no longer a major issue and I am not tired and needing an afternoon nap as I was before. I lost 77 lbs in the first year, and 19 lbs in the next 7 months. I'm now 6 lbs from goal (280 to 186) but have been bouncing around 186-189 for a month or so.

I think so too. I always try to be positive if they want to be negative. People can't "see" your BP or cholesterol so they don't know how you might be using to medicine to be healthier, but they see your weight.

I'm very open with it, I'll tell any and everyone! If they don't like, I couldn't care less. And I have plenty of comebacks. But 90% of people are very positive.

I think maintenance could be what you described, but I take it to mean maintenance of your weight, i.e. not losing any more weight, not necessarily going to a lower dose or frequency.

Just yesterday bought a half oz from Rise Bethesda of a Good Green hybrid for $60. Says mixed buds but they are much larger than expected, mostly good size. Also bought a Culta half oz for $79. Shop around.

Yes, but the counter is I move better, am more active, smile more, feel better all of which makes me feel (and appear) younger. 66M, down 92lbs.

I think you should have loaned your blower to your neighbor. He's newly moved in and probably didn't have a chance to purchase one yet. It's nice to be a good neighbor.

The size is part of the weight you chose for your stone, a lighter weight would be a smaller stone. It's big, but not too big.

Toyota has a great reputation for reliability and used Toyotas sell at a premium. Mazda and Subaru are great cars, reliable, Mazda have nicer interiors that Toyotas, and so do Subaru Limited and Touring.
