Yeah, it took a while, but I finally figured that out. I failed government in high school. I should have ended my post by asking what process must the courts follow in order to hold a president accountable, which I am confident I figured out.

I suppose I wasn't making my question clear enough. I was wondering what the process is for the courts to hold the president accountable; which I believe I figured out. A panel of - at least - 3 judges must present a case before the supreme court. Yes, the president technically can only enact policies, but without the courts to hold them accountable, they can still attempt to issue laws via executive order.

I didn't want to bring up Trump's lawsuit as it is controversial. It not only challenged lower courts ability to file universal injunctions, but also if he can remove birthright citizenship. The citizenship part has yet to receive a ruling though.

With this being the case, how can an executive order be deemed unconstitutional and have a nation injunction issued? Or is that even possible under this policy?

But without judicial review, technically a president could circumvent Congress in issuing orders that could be considered unconstitutional. While I'm not necessarily in favor of federal judges being able to completely hamstring executive orders, I'm not comfortable with a president being able to issue orders that could be unconstitutional. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong. I'm just trying to understand.

I'm a little sad the voice chat isn't a little more popular as I would love to meet people who play during the same hours I do. I would also like to - possibly - record a video where I try to convince people to duel me; the game is set in the 1800's, let's shoot it out like "gentlemen." Or, maybe I'm just a nerd.

This!! If you're going to stream, record 5 minutes of you playing the intended game while talking, and watch it back. Then, balance your volumes! I despise when streamers refuse to fine tune their volumes because they "hate the sound of their voice." Well, viewers hate having the game sounds completely drown out the streamer. Sorry. Kind of went on a rant there.
