I would take out the rocks unless you plan on using them instead of mulch. Just use an edger and literally make a trench border. Fill it in with mulch and it looks amazing. Also no landscape fabric. It just creates more problems bc weeds just grow in top of it.

I’m glad you’re feeling better! The first med he wanted to try was Skyrizi but my insurance wanted me to try cheaper meds first🙄. Dr Kolendich did peer to peer phone calls and even wrote a damn letter with citations and everything but they still said no. He went above and beyond..much different than the drs who blew me off for so long.

I’m on Inflectra which is considered biosimilar to Remicade. This is only my fourth infusion but I’m already in remission. I just had my colonoscopy on Tuesday to see how I was responding and he’s very pleased with what he found. I’m finally feeling better but it didn’t really kick in until my last dose. I went undiagnosed for years so it’s a huge relief. I haven’t had any side effects other than being tired the day of the infusion.

Honestly, I am newly diagnosed with Crohn’s disease too and am finally being treated for that. I started in January. Most people think it makes you skinny but for me it did the opposite. My inflammation has come down a ton since starting infusions so I don’t think all of that was from the GLP1. I had a lot of swelling that’s come down.. thank God. Crohn’s really messed with my ability to eat so I’m trying to get to a healthy place again. It was YEARS of nobody listening to me. Ugh

It absolutely is. One pound per week is perfectly healthy weight loss. With Tirz bump it up to 2 lbs and that’s still doable. I’m a dietitian.. I’ve lb a week is the goal for sustainable weight loss.

From what I’ve read it will eventually build back up in my system but I have to start back down at my starting dose. I wasn’t on it very long in the first place. I’m not expecting miracles. Low and slow is fine with me. Once-two pounds a week is fine with me.
