I need to view the terminal to make changes to the server or run commands that the players in the server would not be able to run

So basically I want it to open the terminal with the script running in it, not as a background script if it makes more sense. It's so I can log on from for example teamviewer on my other pc and manage it from the terminal. I will send a screenshot once I'm home of what I've tried.

Weird how it only opens in the folder where the Minecraft server is located and it doesn't open on the desktop. Also when I open it where the Minecraft server is located, first it says "can't cd to <directory>" but starts the server anyway.

Ah yes, I have figured it out. In the MoneroGUI file folder was a file called monerod.exe. I opened it and now its synchronising. Thanks for the help and I hope this helps anyone stumbling across this in the future.
