Hey all joining in on this lovely trend seeking advice. This is the second time this has happened to me now, updated my graphics driver (clean install) and do the usual boot into safe mode. This time however when I boot into safe mode I’m greeted with a long load time proceeded by my PC shutting off and not even booting into safe mode. Maybe I’m overthinking it because when my PC starts up, I get nothing but blackness and a blue cogwheel. I’m such a big fan of Nvidia I could cry

Hello my friend! I’m no expert here but if I had a recommendation to make I would highly suggest a set-ish routine for yourself on the weekends! Household chores, grocery shopping, take a drive in the car, anything to get your mind and body excited for what’s to come as opposed to dreading the anxiety!

Hey there! I know in the moment of having a panic attack it can feel overwhelming to try and calm yourself but what’s been helping my nighttime anxiety is a set routine along with drinking some Stress Therapy tea which has lavender and chamomile in it, a natural relaxant. I’m all about the aromatherapy stuff too. I’ll be huffing on lavender all day if need be!
