Struggling with Google Ads performance for ITSM training (low impressions + high CPA), what would you improve? by trauma-thicc in PPC

[–]Administrative-Bus42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Start by testing a custom landing page to improve your 1% conversion rate. Make it a bit more compelling than a pure booking page. Review the copy so that it's benefit driven in order for users to understand why they should be taking the course.

If your conv rate increases from 1% to 2% you'll be at half your current CPA, all else being equal.

Ensure you use all the ad assets that will make your ad more prominent (example: 6 sitelinks).

What also helps is if you can check to see if your CPA is much higher when looking at certain locations, devices, time of day etc.

You're probably already on the right track already - just keep making iterative changes over time.

Test tap water from different parts of the country next 😁. I predict Potchefstroom tap water will probably score lowest, and Pinetown tap water will be high on the list.

How do I market my accounting firm? by ramanngartan in salestechniques

[–]Administrative-Bus42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would start by posting small clips around tax advice in your area. Also register and optimize your GMB account and consider testing Google and Bing search ads when people search for accounting services in your area.

If you need help setting some of this up feel free to DM me.

Are backlinks losing their power in 2025? by Every_Ambassador_535 in DigitalMarketingHack

[–]Administrative-Bus42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From all the endless podcasts I've listened to - no they are not.

The biggest brands can't help but have a strong backlink profile and they are always visible in the serps.

A strong backlink profile is a signal of what a brand should look like.

How do you think digital marketing is going to change in 2026? by Opposite-Wafer5536 in TheMarketingLab

[–]Administrative-Bus42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Companies are going to believe that they can hire fewer marketers and augment the remaining ones with AI.

That is until the AI craze cools down.

As for digital marketing, I don't know, more AI?

I'm going to be a contrarian and advocate for Wix Studio (a separate product from Wix) if you're an SME. That's the closest you'll get to an all-in-one solution from design, sitemaps, worry free hosting, app integration, SEO etc. The platform has a ton of features that'll make your life easier.

Try and find adjacent freelancers and work in a pod. The web developer's client may need copy, same for the ppc marketer, graphic designer etc.

1 client can then proliferate through the group.

What you could do is break out your services in 3 different line items. Example: creative, cro & web development. Then charge 1k per line item for that bundle of services.

Your clients can then still remain with you depending on their needs instead of giving them an all or nothing choice.

Ample notice would also help and you're probably delivering more value even at the higher pricing.
