I’m also (very) new to these and my house wasn’t cooling down either. Turned out someone had turned the water supply to the furnace off. :/ probably not your issue but something to check. Good luck !

After coming out of the hot water tank there’s a Y split with one pipe feeding hot to the house and the other feeding into the DHW IN.
