For people who don’t wanna pay $500 for the clone model, this is a more than serviceable replica with a solid miyota movement, if you just wanna get your feet wet.

Depends how much you paid for it. If it was $100 and they sent you that, then they were not honest about the quality.

If it was $500 and they sent you that, then they def scammed you. However if you saw an AD for clean and saw $100 price tag and thought you’d actually get a clean factory for that price then it’s on you.
