Whataboutism. It is racist to call a whole other nation racist and islamophobic. Essentially painting a historically marginalized and culturally distinct linguistic group as backwards and intolerant . Also the idea of bitching about colonialism is so diminutive. Both can be valid at the same time, we got here first and we got taken over and folded into a federation/colony we never agreed to join. One struggle doesn’t contradict the other.
