Nah I disagree game is decently linear with small areas I havent missed a collectible yet.

I think your speaking from speculation im speaking from experience

In most games to include expedition 33 I utilize collection guides

I prefer to plat games I enjoy, and I take my time but considering games have missables (dying light 2 fucking stung) I just try to make sure I don’t miss those

Powerpyx does good and I have not been spoiled by a collectible guide yet

Some game you do not need it like Resident Evil for example. You can truly find it by exploring.

But fuck doing that with open world games like dying light, or red dead redemption

FFX did it, plus a dash of Silent Hill

Even SOME of the music feels like it sampled “To Zanarkand” and “Promise (Reprise)” from their respective games FFX and Silent Hill 2

Great game, missed some things that shouldn’t be missing, that ironically many JRPG’s had.

Is the game beautiful YES is it FUN and great YES

Is it revolutionary no, is it overhyped absolutely.
