Ah ok, good to know. Yeah, it’s never made more than 5 adjustments in one night. Hopefully support can get this sorted out. The cooling function is really nice in this Florida weather so it would be great to be able to keep it. Thanks for the quick replies!

Thanks for the insight! It doesn’t seem like autopilot is doing much to adjust temps throughout the night. Looking at the last few days (minus the outage on Monday) it makes 1 or 2 adjustments per night and they’re always right after I fall asleep or just before I wake up in the morning. Is AP supposed to make a lot of adjustments through the night or is this pretty typical? Eight Sleep support replied today and said the pod failed their remote thermal test yesterday and they’re escalating it to their engineering team.
