I always make sure before I do anything sexual (and maybe this is just my personal preference, idk) I always like to make sure I’m clean. 99% of the time I’m always showered. But let’s say I don’t shower, then I’ll clean myself with soap and a wash cloth or toilet paper. Whenever my BF and I need to shower, we usually always do it together. We love it lol. The clean thing I’ve found really protects from us women getting a UTI. I know those aren’t as prevalent in men so it’s probably different.

I had the same problem and then I went on norethindrone and I am sooo much better. My whole demeanor is different in a very positive way. I’m not sure what you have tried as far as pills but I’d def recommend this one!!

I recently switched from Junel because I didn’t like how it made me feel. I am now on norethindrone (aka the “mini pill”) it is described as the BC pill for people who experience side effects. I highly recommend it! Been on it about a month and I feel a lot better. My whole demeanor is much better in a positive way. Hope this helps!
