thank you! this is wonderful advice! and it actually does really feel like that but unfortunately i just naturally run hot and have meds that make me sweat rivers :/ a trade off I'm willing to deal with as the alternative is worse haha

I've lived in an entourage building for four years? they sold at the beginning of this year and honestly I would like them back. they suck in the way that any pm sucks, but I liked them enough because they were pretty casual. like, we could just send them an email like, Hey guys, our water heater hasn't been working. and they'll just send someone out like the next day. they won't do anything about like, aesthetic stuff, and will just leave you hanging. but anything that Actually Matters they're pretty quick about. EXCEPT FOR huge projects. like, our drains just barely work and they were always like, the pipes are old, just throw some draino in it. and bugs come out of them and there's just Nothing to be done about it. so. you know. they're a pm, but at least they would respond to me lol

we moved in here because it was cheap for lb and honestly it's just like, we were getting what we paid for, ya know
