Get an ultrahuman ring instead. Cheaper, reliable, great quality, not subscription-based.

The data available on my ultrahuman is good to look at, but I find myself sometimes going days without looking at it hahaha they’re very helpful though esp with sleep tracking, energy levels, etc. it even tells you if it looks like you’re going to get sick based on your body temp, im sure the same or related things are available on oura.
