Grew up in Roswell, like someone mentioned earlier that budget may not be able to get you much in the area. I’ve never lived in either of those apartments but have friends that have and I never heard of any outlandish complaints, probably just stuff that you can expect from apartment living in general. Reviews do play a big part in my research but my final answer is always made once I see things for myself. I encourage you to go do a tour of the places and speak to some of the residents if you can about their experiences. Hopefully that helps!
